Extract the contents of the TLE patch inside the xDelta Patch folder to the same location of your CIA.

To check, run WinMD5 and type md5sum in a terminal (again only continue if it the right file).

You can verify the checksum value of your CIA is the same as the following value (xDelta patch will corrupt it if it is the wrong file).

This method will only work on a specific CIA, it won't work on your own dumps or any other uploads of the update.
